Certain projects may also involve web development, advertising, or other related work if required to fulfill the agreed scope. All services are tailored to each client’s specific needs.
2. Project Scope & Client Responsibilities
To successfully deliver a project, you may be required to provide relevant information, access credentials (e.g., API keys, account logins), or subscriptions for third-party tools.
If you prefer, we can manage technical requirements on your behalf as agreed in writing.
You may use the deliverables indefinitely unless the service is subscription-based (e.g., ongoing voice agent services that require continuous updates and tool access).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for various purposes, including:
Providing and maintaining the website
Communicating with you about your account and our services
Sending newsletters, promotional materials, and other information you request
Analyzing website usage and improving our services
3. Payments & Billing
Payments may be made via PayPal, wire transfer, or other mutually agreed methods.
For mid-size projects, a standard 30%-40% upfront payment is required before work begins.
For larger SaaS or milestone-based projects, payments will be split into agreed milestones.
Due to the custom nature of our work, payments are generally non-refundable. Before any payment, we ensure the client fully understands the project scope and signs an agreement.
4. Functionality & Results
We guarantee the agreed functionality of our solutions, ensuring they run smoothly at the time of delivery.
While we take every measure to deliver excellent outcomes, we do not guarantee specific business results such as sales or revenue increases.
We thoroughly test our solutions before handover — our aim is always to deliver reliable, high-quality systems.
5. Liability
Edge Socials is not responsible for business losses, damages, or downtime arising from the use of our services.
However, such situations are extremely rare — we know our craft, we test extensively, and we take pride in delivering dependable solutions.
6. Termination & Cancellations
We reserve the right to terminate services or contracts if payment is not made as agreed, or if the client violates these terms.
Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time. For one-time projects, cancellation terms will be stated in the signed agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the custom-built deliverables will be transferred to you, except for any third-party software, tools, or licenses required for operation, which remain under their respective providers’ terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international business and trade laws, as well as the laws of India.
